Facilities are in St Johns, which is part of Portland, Oregon, USA.
The building was formerly owned by Columbia Sportswear. It now houses
numerous
small businesses.
There are various places to eat or get coffee in St. Johns. There is the
Tulip Bakery on left (river) side of Lombard as you enter town, across from
the school. There are other coffee shops and restaurants also. I urge you
to patronize the independent coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses
in the area.
St Johns used to be a separate town, and was annexed into Portland in 1915.
For a map of the area, go to mapquest and
enter the following in the 'Find It' section,

The building is just about where the 'a' in Baltimore is. Lower left
corner by Cathedral Park(where the St. Johns Jazz Festival is held
every summer).
Directions heading South on I-5
Exit Portland Expo Center/Martin Luther King Drive
(second south exit in Oregon past Columbia river, Jantzen Beach exit is the
first Oregon exit).Expo Center exit loops around to traffic light - stay in
LEFT lane
LEFT (west) on Marine Drive for about a mile.
LEFT (south) after you pass under a railroad track (it's the first
thing you go under). I think this road is called Columbia Way.
You are now going parallel to railroad tracks on your left, and
it may seem like a pretty long drive (it's probably only a mile
or so). You will go over a slough and then under a raised road,
and the speed limit will be reduced to 35mph. Just a few blocks
and then...
RIGHT (west) on Fessenden (RADKE Auto will be on the left corner).
Keep going until you get to North Lombard - it's probably another
mile or two. The road will curve around a bit; Lombard has a
traffic signal. Probably about five minutes drive(?).
LEFT on Lombard (you're close now).
Keep an eye out on the right for Baltimore. The Wishing Well
tavern is on the right

(and Baltimore only goes to the right).
If you get as far as the movie theater (on right) or Starbucks
(on left), then you've gone too far.RIGHT on Baltimore. You are now
driving towards the Willamette river.
Stay on Baltimore towards the river. When you get to the
really steep hill the building will be on the right. There will
be an auto entrance and you can park in the lot. Once inside,
come through the people-doors into the building (if the doors are
closed bang on them loud so we can hear you - they have an
electronic lock on them).
Directions heading North on I-5
EXIT on North Lombard St
LEFT (west) and drive about fifteen minutes to St Johns. Umm, that's
ten or fifteen minutes doing the speed limit.
You will finally be in St. John's and pass a Honda
(cars/bikes/generators) dealer on the right side. A few blocks later the
road will Y (kind of). Stay on Lombard to the right, and go to Baltimore
(it will be on the left, a block past the St John's theater). The
Wishing Well Tavern is on the corner where Baltimore is.
LEFT on Baltimore.

Directions crossing the St. John's Bridge from HWY 30.
LEFT at light (Ivanhoe) as soon as you cross bridge.
